These terms and conditions govern your use of the Chakra website (chakrastore.com.au). By using the website, you accept and agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms you must not use this website. Chakra reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
We offer flat rate standard shipping anywhere in Australia through Australia Post. Pricing is dependent on the size or weight of the item(s) you are buying. You will not pay additional fees for extra items in the same order! See our pricing below: –
Very Small Items – $2.75 flat rate per order
Small Items – $9.90 flat rate per order
Larger Items – $14.95 flat rate per order
Specialist Items (e.g. large one of a kind pieces) – Shipping price varies, available on request
Spend $150 or more – FREE SHIPPING!*
Postage charges are non-refundable. To see the shipping price for your order proceed to the checkout. For jewellery items valued at over $200 we will require signature on delivery.
*For especially large or one of a kind items that require special shipping the free shipping does not apply and we will advise of a shipping price on request
All products are shipped from Melbourne and we aim to process and have your item to you within 7 business days of ordering. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed especially during busy periods.
You are entitled to return your online order within 14 days of receipt. If the item you have received is incorrect (not what you ordered) or faulty we will pay the cost of return and replacement postage. If however you are simply changing your mind (wrong size/wrong colour etc) you must pay the return postage and include a prepaid self-addressed satchel. Full priced items may be exchanged for another product or a store credit to the same value, however sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned (unless faulty or incorrect).

NOTE: Any items returned to us that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way will not be exchanged or refunded.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the product(s) subject to the conditions on this page. All orders are subject to availability and dispatch/delivery times are not guaranteed.
All products at our online store are inclusive of GST.
The Chakra online store accepts the following payment methods: –

- Bank Transfer*
*note that for Bank Transfers orders are not dispatched until funds have reached our account.
We endeavour to keep our website up to date and accurate however sometimes errors may occur with product availability. If you have ordered a product that we subsequently discover is unavailable we will contact you to organise either a replacement, offer to wait for the product to become available, or a full refund.
